The 3-Step Setup Process
Moving from traditional cable to premium streaming is incredibly easy. Here is how the standard setup process works across all devices.
Get Your Login
Check your email. Once you purchase a subscription plan, you will receive a unique Username, Password, and Server URL.
Download an App
Install a compatible IPTV player on your device. You can download apps directly from your TV's app store, or use Downloader code 395800 on Firesticks.
Enter Your Details
Open the app and log in using the Xtream Codes method. The app will automatically sync all live channels, sports, and VODs to your screen.
Firestick Setup
Get Downloader
Navigate to the Amazon App Store on your Firestick. Search for and install the free Downloader application.
Download App
Open Downloader and enter the quick code 395800. This will automatically download and install a premium IPTV player.
Enter Login
Open the new app, select Xtream Codes API, and enter the Username, Password, and Server URL sent to your email.
Samsung & LG Smart TV
Open App Store
Navigate to the native app store on your TV (LG Content Store or Samsung Smart Hub).
Install Player
Search for IBO Player or IPTV Smarters Pro and install the application directly to your television.
Add Playlist
Open the app. You can either log in using Xtream Codes or upload your M3U link via the app's companion website using your TV's MAC address.
Android TV & Box
Google Play
Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV, Android Box (like Nvidia Shield), or Android smartphone.
Install App
Search for TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro and install the application to your device.
Login Details
Select "Add Playlist" and choose the Xtream Codes API method. Input the credentials provided in your welcome email.

Apple App Store
Open the official App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad device.
Download Client
Search for Smarters Player Lite or GSE Smart IPTV and download the free application.
Secure Login
Open the app, select "Login with Xtream Codes API," and enter your Username, Password, and Server URL to begin streaming.
Windows PC & Mac
Download Software
Visit the official IPTV Smarters website via your browser and download the desktop client for Windows or macOS.
Install Client
Run the downloaded installation file and follow the on-screen prompts to install the software on your computer.
Add Profile
Launch the application, click "Add New User," and input your Xtream Codes credentials to load the channel list.
MAG Box & Formuler
Locate MAC Address
Find your device's MAC Address (usually starting with 00:1A:79). This is usually printed on a sticker underneath the box.
Register Device
Send your MAC Address to our Support Team via WhatsApp or email so we can authorize your hardware on our servers.
Enter Portal URL
Go to your device's Settings > Servers > Portals. Enter the specific Portal URL provided in your welcome email and restart the device.

Once your payment is manually verified by our team, we will immediately generate your secure credentials. You will receive an email containing your Username, Password, and Server URL (Xtream Codes API) within 5 to 15 minutes. Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder. If you cannot find it, contact our support team.
This happens 99% of the time due to a typo. IPTV credentials are highly case-sensitive. Ensure you have entered the Username and Password exactly as they appear in your email, paying attention to capital letters and avoiding accidental spaces at the end. Double-check that the Server URL is typed perfectly, including the `http://` prefix.
A VPN is not strictly required, as our servers are highly secure. However, if your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is throttling your connection or blocking streaming traffic (which is common during major live sports events), turning on a VPN will bypass the block and instantly solve the buffering issue.
Yes, you can install your playlist on as many devices as you like. However, a standard plan is strictly for 1 connection at a time. If you try to watch on two screens simultaneously, the stream will freeze and loop. If you wish to watch on multiple screens at the same time, please contact support to add additional connections to your plan.
To enjoy a seamless, buffer-free experience, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for HD channels and 25-30 Mbps for 4K/UHD channels. If your device is connected via Wi-Fi and experiencing buffering, try connecting it directly to your router using an Ethernet cable for a much more stable connection.
